Roles & Responsibilities:

Own and execute key marketing initiatives to drive user growth, engagement, and brand visibility Develop and implement content strategies across social media, email, and digital platforms Create high-quality, insight-driven content aligned with brand voice and audience needs Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and funnel metrics to optimize marketing efforts Identify growth opportunities through market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis Experiment with new-age marketing approaches (growth hacks, viral campaigns, community-led growth) Support performance marketing efforts including campaign setup, tracking, and optimization Collaborate cross-functionally with product, HR, and operations teams to align marketing with business goals Build and engage a strong community of job seekers and recruiters through innovative initiatives Take ownership of specific projects/campaigns and drive them end-to-end with measurable outcomes
