Terms Governing Use of the Platform

Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority). Recruiter accounts must be duly authorised.
Services: Byond connects recruiters, candidates, and event hosts. Hiring or outcome guarantees are not provided.
User Conduct: Fake or misleading job postings, discrimination, spam, scraping, or fee-for-job practices are strictly prohibited.
Intermediary Role: Byond acts as an intermediary under the Indian IT Act. Content takedown requests may be sent to report@byond.comp and will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
Payments: All pricing is transparent. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Events: Event organisers must provide accurate information. Attendees are required to follow venue and community guidelines.
Intellectual Property Rights: All Byond trademarks, logos, and platform content remain the exclusive property of Byond.
Dispute Resolution: These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
