• Credits: Valid for 6 months; expire unused; no refund after use.
• Candidate Data Use: Only for hiring; no resale, scraping, or misuse. Must comply with DPDP obligations.
• Indemnity: You indemnify Byond for claims arising from misuse of postings/data.
• Governed by laws of India; courts at Jaipur.
